Cheese and Chili

I love hot food and over the past six moths this small dish has become a favourite. All you need are a bunch of chili peppers and some Parmesan cheese.

Cut the peppers in halves and remove the seeds (optional of course, but I strongly recommend it). Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the peppers. Heat in the oven on medium temperature until the cheese has melted and gotten some colour.

Serve with a cold beer.
