Three-star chef Gordon Ramsay has put together a book with more than 125 healthy recipes. The book is a follower to his other books with recipes from The F WordFast Food and Sunday Lunch.

The book is rather thick, more than 250 pages, and includes a lot of photographs by Lisa Barber. The photographs are not astonishing, but there are plenty of them and they are inspirational.

The recipes are very easy to follow and I have not had any problems at all executing the ones I have chosen to cook, on the contrary, the dishes I made turned out to be not only easy to cook but very tasty too.
