<p>The book is rather thick, more than 250 pages, and includes a lot of photographs by Lisa Barber. The photographs are not astonishing, but there are plenty of them and they are inspirational.</p>

<p>The recipes are very easy to follow and I have not had any problems at all executing the ones I have chosen to cook, on the contrary, the dishes I made turned out to be not only easy to cook but very tasty too.</p>

<p>Apart from the usual sausage we had also brought some smoked pork with us. I think everything tastes better by a fireplace and I hope we will do this again very soon.</p>

<p><span>After summer vacation we&#8217;ve been trying to live a little bit healthier. This new lifestyle includes a lot of walks and today we found a wonderful little path along the waterside. We also found some beautiful puffballs that we decided to take home with us.</span></p>
<p>We fried them in olive oil with a little salt and pepper and just ate them like that. They were alright, a little bit like button mushrooms actually, but not sensational in any way. But there sure is something special with harvesting your own food in the woods.</p>
